What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that bespoke or custom-finished items are non-refundable.
Are your switches and sockets compatible with my backboxes?
Our switches and sockets are designed to fit standard UK and European backboxes. We recommend a minimum depth of 35mm for most installations to ensure sufficient space for wiring.
