At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and lighting. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products in their original individual boxes and protective wrapping to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in resaleable condition.

  Ship to Corston

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
